Due to nonprofit status and grant funding, CST Cleaning Services is able to offer its employees wages that exceed 37% of its competitors. In a highly paid, competitive work environment,CST team members are dedicated, trained, and possess years of experience in providing cleaning services.
All CST team members receive general safety training, as well as specialized safety training based on assigned duties. Prior to placement, all team members complete our 4-week CST Certification Training that includes 80 hours of on-the job training in cleaning, chemical, equipment, and safety procedures.
In addition, all team members partake in weekly CST Cleaning trainings, team meetings, and personal and professional development seminars. Weekly drug testing is mandatory for all of our employees.

because everyone works together, we take initiative, and we leave when
the work is done; not when the clock says so." Claude aspires to run
his own cleaning service in the future and has five years of experience
in the cleaning industry.
